I'm having some problems with the AD extension.  I set it up as per the guide at http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/ExtensionsForge/ProviderAuthentication/tabid/840/Default.aspx

On the configuration page it says it can contact my AD just fine.  When I try to log in using windows authentication it directs me to the home page with the following error:

A critical error has occurred.
There was an error reflecting type 'DotNetNuke.Authentication.ActiveDirectory.UserInfo'.

When I try to go to http://localhost/DesktopModules/AuthenticationServices/ActiveDirectory/WindowsSignin.aspx to log in I get the following error:

Types 'DotNetNuke.Entities.Users.UserInfo' and 'DotNetNuke.Authentication.ActiveDirectory.UserInfo' both use the XML type name, 'UserInfo', from namespace ''. Use XML attributes to specify a unique XML name and/or namespace for the type.

I am a n00b that is just doing some investigation to see if DNN will work for our intended purpose, and I've been hitting walls with almost every aspect of it, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

You should be using the 5.0.2 version of the AD provider. I had to make some changes from 5.0.1 to 5.0.2 to reflect some changes that were done to the DNN core.

Thanks Mike, I upgraded to 5.0.2 and that fixed the issue.
