does anyone here fully know the variable to logging in.  We have had this DNN site up for years and all of a sudden today, no one can login.  I use AD auth for everyone, so i immediately assumed AD was the culprit and tried to login with admin or host.   But neither of those will login either.  Then i thought well, i dont know the password to host, so copied the hash and salt for the administrator password over to the host account, like i have in the past when i forgot passwords.  However,, nothing is working

cannot login to my DNN, and i'm stumped where to go see what is wrong.

I haven't made any changes in a while either, so i even restored the database and web site folders to 3 days ago, and still nothing.  I

Any ideas?

I've run into something similar a couple of times and I've never found the culprit or the reason but try this.... do you have an old copy of your web.config around? Compare the machine key and decryptionkey against each other.
