We have a site that uses both DNN standard authentication and Active Directory authentication. If a user chooses the Windows Login button and enters invalid login credentials, the page posts back with the message "Failed Login. Please remember that passwords are case sensitive" message. However, the buttons to choose the authentication method become disabled and defaults to the Standard login. Therefore, the user is unable to enter their correct AD credentials without having to refresh the page.

This is a bug with the DNN core code and not with the AD provider itself. Unfortunately I haven't had a chance to see if it's been logged as a bug.

Already logged back on 2/16/2012 as a Professional Edition bug and it has been Triaged to be fixed in 6.2.1 release
