Hmm...I might have to strike this post... Apparently network admins here were fiddling with my DNS entries and pointed the URL I was using to the wrong server. It was pointing to my test server, which actually does have the UserName in question (Version 6.01.04). I wasn't paying full attention, otherwise I would have noticed the different "login" button...but I was so used to the old way that it didn't occur to me. My apoologies.

I can't create any new accounts on my live server (Version 6.02.00) because of a current bug regarding "Custom Profile Fields"...apparently they broke in 6.02.00...??? Now I just have to see if we can get this other bug/problem resolved because right now, no one can create an account.
