I'm currently using dotnetnuke as a CMS for my company's intranet. We started using around 6.1, and recently updated to 7.x (can't remember exactly), as well as migrating from Server 2003 with IIS6 to Server 2012 with IIS 8 (we had to do some staging with Server 2008 and IIS 7 to make the transition smooth-ish);

When I first set up dotnetnuke, the active directory authentication worked marvelously, and added folks to the site as long as they had an AD account. Now the first part is working well (after some finagling with the authentication providers in IIS) but whenever a user who does not have an account attempts to access the site, they are treated to an Error 310 (too many redirects) page when opened in Chrome. When opened in IE, it seems to infinitely redirect, if the bottom part is any indication.

I currently have the pipeline mode set to integrated, the authentication providers enabled are ASP.NET Impersonation and Windows Authentication, and the only provider for Windows Authentication is NTLM.

Any help would be appreciated; the current short-term fix is to just add a new user to DNN when setting up a new person, but ideally the new user creation would work.
