I'm wondering whether the fact that I'm running (successfully) AD authentication on a DNN 4.3.2 site is affecting an almost identical site I have running without Auth. on DNN 3.2.2 - Neither the Admin nor the Host password is working on the 3.2.2 site.

Both sites are running on the same server, in different App Pools, both using ASP.NET 2.0. (I did this to test out whether a third-party module will run better in 3.2.2). They're named Bookings and Bookings2. I just set up the Bookings2 site (on 3.2.2), which worked fine for several logins. Is it possible the AD authenticating site (on 4.3.2) is somehow affecting this? I find it very strange that the admin and host passwords, which were not changed from the default, aren't working.

I dont think this is possible if the two instances are completely seperated as applications and databases.

Keep in mind if your Keys in your web.config file somehow got modified you would no longer be able to login to the system with any account? Is this true?
