I am most likely being obtuse... But I need a pointer...
I am preparing for a client who wants an intranet to use windows authentication with autp-login
I have this intranet working correctly and auto-logging in perfectly and could not be happier.
Now here is where I am stuck... How do I administer the site now ?? The logout button does not let me logout so that I might re-login as Admin or Host. I understand that this is probably because I am no longer in "Forms" authentication, but instead in "Windows" authentication mode in my web.config. If I go back to "Forms" authentication I can administer the site just fine, and can even login as <domain>\user - but that is not ideal.... It would be annoying for my client's users for the sake of the admin... I know I am missing a step here to complete my solution I just cant seem to find the answer in these forums.
So, what am I missing ? How would one administer (login as Admin or host) a DNN website on an intranet, which is setup to auto-login using ASD ?
Environment is Windows Server 2003, DNN 4.3.4, SQL Express, IIS 6, client in WinXP and IE.
Thanks much !
