I get the following error when users try to access our DNN installation (Version 04.03.04) trough the WindowsSignin Page at .../dotnetnuke/admin/security/WindowsSignin.aspx

Input string was not in a correct format.

DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.PageLoadException: Input string was not in a correct format. ---> System.FormatException: Input string was not in a correct format. at System.Number.StringToNumber(String str, NumberStyles options, NumberBuffer& number, NumberFormatInfo info, Boolean parseDecimal) at System.Number.ParseInt32(String s, NumberStyles style, NumberFormatInfo info) at DotNetNuke.Entities.Users.UserProfile.get_TimeZone() at DotNetNuke.Entities.Users.UserTime.get_ClientToServerTimeZoneFactor() at DotNetNuke.Entities.Users.UserTime.get_CurrentUserTime() at DotNetNuke.UI.Skins.Controls.CurrentDate.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.Control.OnLoad(EventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() at System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() at System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() at System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() at System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() at System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() at System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain(Boolean includeStagesBeforeAsyncPoint, Boolean includeStagesAfterAsyncPoint)

The windows signing was working perfectly including the auto creation of users and synchronization until this error suddenly occured. As far as i know nothing changed in the setup so why this error ?

Normal login still works

Anybody ????

Oke i "solved" it.......which means my users can login again.

Solution:
Open:                  DotNetNuke\admin\Skins\CurrentDate.ascx.vb
Change line 98:    lblDate.Text = objUserTime.CurrentUserTime.ToLongDateString
To:                      lblDate.Text =""

And thanks to Compile-on-demand everythings works directly.

Oke it's a terrible dirty workaround, the date is gone, but for now i am saved.

But there's got to be a better solution.

Maybe you have removed, in User Profile properties, the 'TimeZone' property ?

That happened to me, I was driven crazy, I could only login as host through another portal ; but when I put again a TimeZone property of TimeZone type, all worked fined again...
