Hi sorry to post this here, thought it was the best place for an accurate view.  My engineers want to reduce the in memory footprint of our DNN install.  We are on a 2003 WE box not in AD.  Can we safely remove the dll assemblies referenced to ADSI from the bin folder and then clean the cache ?

Thanks

Dave

I don't know if anyone has ever tried it so all I can suggest is trying it and putting them back in if there's a problem. That said, I really don't know how much of the memory footprint that's going to free up but then I've also never run into any problems with the amount of memory DNN uses as it is.
