Gallery Module is only a Module for DotNetNuke Portals.  At time there are only beta versions, and we skip the public beta versions to download, about it is not for usining in production environments.   We are still hard working on the first release version ported to .NET.  We have still to work on some bug solutions.

There are some other Gallerys from 3rd paritys you can get fron snowcovered.com.
