Hello,

I uploaded a few images into a folder but only few of them are visible.

I checked _resources XML file and all looks good there (5_g and 4_g imags - 4_g is not being rendered)

<file name="5_g.thumb.jpg">
    <id>1934789784</id>
    <title>5_g</title>
    <description>
    </description>
    <categories>image</categories>
    <author>
    </author>
    <location>
    </location>
    <client>
    </client>
    <ownerid>2</ownerid>
    <approveddate>3/20/2006</approveddate>
    <createddate>3/20/2006</createddate>
    <score>0</score>
  </file>
  <file name="4_g.thumb.jpg">
     <id>1583417893</id>
    <title>4_g</title>
    <description>
    </description>
    <categories>image</categories>
    <author>
    </author>
    <location>
    </location>
    <client>
    </client>
    <ownerid>2</ownerid>
    <approveddate>3/20/2006</approveddate>
    <createddate>3/20/2006</createddate>
    <score>0</score>
  </file>

When I look at the HTML for a working image i see the following line:

...image="5_g.thumb.jpg" imagepath="..../_thumbs/" /></root></xml></span>
<span id="dnn_ctr424_Container_Gallery_1934789784" name="dnn:ctr424:Container:Gallery:1934789784" ...

but for the one not being shown the part in BLUE is missing:
image="4_g.thumb.jpg" imagepath="...../_thumbs/" /></root></xml></span>
</td><td class="Gallery_FileMR">.....

I am using dnn 4.02.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Mark

Try running maintanence on the directory.

maintanance did not do. I wonder if I should abandon the whole idea of using this gallery module with 4.02.

I downloaded the module from    online.com">www.online.com . I found the link of the forum as a reference to unofficial version of dnn gallery working with dnn 4.02 (the version is from 2/26/2006)

So I think that may be that version is totally screwed up and it makes sense to get back to official version and than just fix all the problems to do with 4.02 on my own.

Regards

Mark

Just a different road to the same goal: if you use FCK editor, then you wont need the dnn gallery to enable smileys, the fck editor has its own smileys your users can use. You can find the FCK editor provider here: http://dnn.tiendaboliviana.com/Web/

cheers,

Erik
