Where can the previous stable version be downloaded?

There are no files listed on the project download page:

A stable version was never released.  The 3.x versions come not over a Beta status.  It was delivered in old DNN packages about it was needed for the Forum 3.x avatars. So at time no stable releases are availible.  The Version 4.3.0 will be the first stable release!

When Gallery was originally released it was compatible with the DNN 2.1.X version and it was fairly stable. The move to DNN3 and later to .NET 2/DNN4 caused it to become unstable. It is no longer recommended to use it in production sites.
