hi all

i installed gallery module in my website now i want to add files in album

1 . I am able to add single file but while i am going to add bunch of file with zip file it gives error following

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

    *   The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
          moments.

    *   If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
          connection.

    *   If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

why this error is there if dnncommunity specifies that you are able to add files with zip?

please help me  its argent issue

This is a restriction of the webserver settings.  Please check your web.config file and change the http response settings for the 8MB restricktion for up- and downloading files and add a executionTimeout="1500" or higher.

This should fix your issue.
