When i try to upload a zip file of pictures I get this message: .zip is not an acceptable file type
What am i doing wrong?! The way i am converting to a zip is right clicking on the folder that i want to compress and go to "Send to ----Compressed (zipped) Folder....Is this ok
The wierd thing is it worked for me once, then never again....
PLEASE HELP! :)

Please login as host user, go to Host-->Host Settings then expand the "Other Settings" section. Look at the field "Allowable File Extensions" and verify that "zip" is one of the allowed file types in the comma delimited list.

Thank you for your quick response! Unfortunetly I logged on as Host and went to setting and ZIP was already there! Do you know if there is something else that could be wrong?! Is anyone else having this problem?!

Assuming that your zip file is not corrupted which should give a different message, it now appears that you may be receiving a less than helpful error message.

Rather than the .zip extension not being an acceptable, I believe that one of the files contained within the zip file may have an extension that is not acceptible. The file extensions that can be handled by gallery include bmp, jpg, png, gif, mov, wmv, mpg, avi, and swf. What are the extensions of the files within the zip?

I checked all the pictures and they are all JPEG files...has anyone else ever had this problem?
