Forgive me if this has been asked, I did search first with no results.
I just installed ver 4.3.0 and noticed there is an upload size limit of 1000k. Is there a way to increase this to 2000k? With cameras resolutions on the rise and disk space so cheap I would like to change this.

Hi Marty,

You will need to edit the web.config file.  The item to change is maxRequestLength which you can easily double from the default value of "8192".
You may also want to extend the default execution timeout for file uploads.  To do this add:   executionTimeout="600" to the same line.  This makes the timeout 10 minutes.

Hi Bill,
Thanks for the reply. I did what you said but I still get the error:
File size (including that of each file in a zip folder) must be smaller than 1000 kb

Marty,

Sorry, but I never actually used the Gallery module before.  I was giving you the method to change the setting for the whole site.  For your issue, just go to the "Settings" for the Gallery module and you will see the field that needs changed as well as some other options you may be interested in.

That must be my issue then, I have no "Settings" to adjust even when I am logged in as host.
