How do I add file extensions under Gallery, Configuration & Media? There are file extensions for images, but for Media the field is blank. I want to add short video clips :wav files.

Gallery gets its list of allowable media file extensions from those specified in Host -->Settings. The comma delimited list of extensions is found under the Advanced Settings, Other Settings section and is labeled "Allowable File Extensions". When entering the allowable extensions, do not include a dot. For example, use "wmv" not ".wmv".

Because host settings (as well as the Gallery configuration settings) are heavily cached, you may need to force a restart of the web application AFTER you have updated the change to host settings.

Hello,  how do you add HTM file extensions.  I have tried the host/hostsetting / other settings and added htm, html, htmtemplate and still when I go to add a file it wont let me add an htm file.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  This is for version 5.0+  I have been able to add htm files in older versions with no issues.  Since my business uses htm file extensions to post results I have not upgraded my main web site to a 5.0+ because of the HTM issue.  I would love to be able to upgrade.

Thanks

The DotNetNuke Gallery module is not designed to handle html files - just a wide variety of image and video/flash formats.
