This post should give you some ideas. Basically you need to either change the code, or maintain the XML files with US date format. Hopefully the new version, when it arrives, will solve this problem by moving the data to the database rather than XML files.

I have put together some fixes that take care of some of the date handling/foreign date formats that people have mentioned in this thread.  If there are still date issues, send me a log and I can see what I can do.

For those interested in a stable(ler?) version of the gallery module now and can't wait for the next release, I have taken the published Gallery module 3.0.12 converted it to .NET 2.0 and fixed a number of the outstanding issues.  Since it has been converted to .NET 2.0, it will ONLY run on DNN 4.x. (I used the latest version, currently 4.3.5)
