Hi,

I need to enable download menu item of an image.
I see it appears only for Administrator user.

I also tried to add Download Roles but no one user can see the menu item except administrator.

What am I missing?

Thanks.
Dmitriy.

Sorry, but the shipping version of the Gallery has some bugs that stop the download from working.  Even though you are setting the roles you want to use, the code isn't looking at them correctly.

I have put together a patched version of the code which has this (and other) bugs fixed in it.  My website: www.Jegers.com

Hi James,
Than you for your response.

As I can see there's only .NET 2.0 version of the module.
Isn't there one for .NET 1.1?

Regards,
Dmitriy.

Correct, My version of the patched code is only in .NET 2.0 (DNN 4.x).  .NET 2.0 is just so much nicer to work in, debug, and distribute.  I'm hoping that DNN will retire support for .NET 1.1 soon.  How many versions are they going to support, by early next year .NET 2.5 will be out...
