I don't see the FlashPlayer.ascx in Gallery.dnn in any of the versions I see.  Therefore when I try to see a .swf file using the Gallery module I get the following error.  Can I get the referenced FlashPlayer.ascx? or What to do?

That file was removed from the gallery module some time ago.  I think it is up for debate as to whether or not the gallery module will support it in the future.  If you want to view flash files, you can:

Use the Media module (formally called the image module) and put a flash file in there.

Use my "unoffical version" in which I have recreated this file so that flash files do at least play.  I will be posting an updated copy of my patches on my website within a week or so.  Look for it here:  www.Jegers.com
