Hi All,

I'm currently getting the error in the subject line supported by an entry in the eventlog. Anyone come across this on James' version of the Gallery, and know how to solve it?

InnerException: c:\hosting\webhost4life\member\website\DesktopModules\Gallery\Maintenance.ascx.vb(125): error BC30002: Type 'galleryMenu' is not defined.

Any hints appreciated

First I would suggest that you make sure that you following the install instructure to remove the old files and copy in the new. 

If that doesn't work, try making this change to the source code with a text editor (notepad) and let me know if that fixes it.  Add the "reference" line to the top of the DesktopModules\Gallery\Maintenance\ascx.vb file so that it looks like below:

Strange.

I checked that all was installed OK, and it appeared to be, so... I made the change you suggested, and that appears to have fixed the problem. Just to validate, I removed the line again..... It still works, even after I restart the application and clear the cache. So, I've left the line removed, since it appears to be working, and is presumably how it works for others.

I hate it when this happens.

Well, it happend again. So I made the change again, and that resolved the problem. I've left it in this time.
