Cathal,

I wonder if you could give us all an update on where the Blog module is in terms of further development. The Blog for the Blog module hasn't been updated in over a year. I know that there are probably some terrific efforts being put into getting things going, but it's hard to know what's going on. Or am I just missing something?

Thanks!

Steve

we're in the process of reforming the blog team. The invitations are being sent out tonight, so hopefully they'll be accepted (we expect no issue there), and then the necessary permissions will be granteed. The plan is for 1 or 2 quick releases, and then a more extensive release that will rewrite substantial portions to take advantage of new services.

FYI: the blog team are now up and running (http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/BlogsDotNetNuke/tabid/825/EntryID/1380/Default.aspx). Antonio's already busy assigning issues and checking in code.

Yep - things are moving along.

As Cathal metioned there are going to be a few stabilization releases. In fact the first one 3.03.00 has been sumbitted today for team verification.

If you would like to know what is in it go to the Gemini project for the Blog and click on the 03.03.00 version. 28 tickets were resolved.
