Hhhm, that's a mistake I think. The module has not fully passed through the release process, hence it isn't included in the source downloads. Occasionally a module get's failed for a relatively minor reason, and has to be resubmitted and will pass quickly. In this case it looks like it's been passed internally and the tracker has not been updated accordingly - i suspect this is the case and that it was added to the release (primarily to deal with the known asp.net patch breaking issue) . I will raise this as an issue and get the downloads updated accordingly.
