Ok,  I see (as in a number of desktop programs) that word can save directly to blogs  (file/publish/blog). My question is when I go to register the blog Im posting to dnn blog isnt in the list (what a pitty and a missed opportunity )  but there is anoportunity for "others"  but the choices are MetaWebLog and Atom.  

So Which one do I choose so as to be able to prost from wrod the the DNN blog??

We are releasing a product (hopefully this monday) that will bring MetaWeblog API to DNN.  It currently interfaces with DNN Blog, DNN Text/HTML modules, and Ventrian News.  Watch for it!  We haven't tested it with word yet, but it works nicely with Windows LiveWriter.

Hi Marcel,

I'm not familiar with the webservices api that is floating around.  Our product digMeta uses a web handler to do all the communication.  Then it calls the appropiate plugin dll for the different actions.  We'll be including a free developers kit in the weeks to come so everyone can make their own plugins for their modules.
