Blog Categories created but when I try to "add blog" it won't allow me to change the text box fieled that says "blog category", it just says (None Specified), and when i click the "search" eye glass function next to it it gives me it shows the two categories i've created but it won't allow me to select or add them into the Blog Category box.

I'm sure I'm just doing something wrong with the settings but I can't figure out what the problem is. When I go to "manage blog", it just gives me this blog box with no options in it. The manage categories options just allow me to create more categories whcih isn't hte issue.. Not sure where I'm going wrong but I'm assuming i need to assign a category to that specifici blog and when i try to do it in the "add blog" dialog box it won't allow me..some one help please!! =) haha thx
