I have dnn 3.0.12 running, and when i try to install the Blog module 3.02.00 i get the following error:

What can i do to "fix" this, so i can use the blog module on my site?

this seems to be a DNN upgrading issue. I had the same problem. I upgraded to 3.2.2 and the issue was resolved. Apparently there were some structure changes between 3.0 an 3.2.2

Be sure to backup your web.config - very important.

You must have installed DNN version 3.1.X or a higher version to meet the requirements for installing the blog module .

BTW: DNN 3.0.12 is (was) a beta version and it is not a good idea to work with a beta version on a productive environment.
