Is there an API to communicate with the blog module ?

Something like the ForumControler, ...

I need to display the latest post from the blog on another page !

thanks.

Hi Tleleu,

I successfully accomplished this task adding an XML/XSL module in my page consuming the blog's RSS feed. Check it out on my personal homepage, it is a very simple and quick implementation, without writing a row of code. An XLST transformation file has to be provided, if you want I can send you mine (It will need a translation I guess).

Best regards,
Dario Rossa

You can use the free BlogDisplay module to do that.
