I'm not sure if Blog module content can be localized; if so, how would it actually be possible? Even if I'm ready to post in multiple languages, is it possible for the current version of the blog module or for future versions to show content based on the language settings?

Keeping two blogs under different usernames was one of my first thoughts (shared on the same page) but then the comments etc would actually be different in fact, they may not even look like one single article.

I'm not saying its a really good idea either way, I just wanted to know if the DNN framework is built keeping in mind these or, this is something entirely not possible. I was playing around with Locopon's module and it seemed to work great, except until I came to the Blog module :-)
