I have a serious problem.

I have create an forum that work perfect!

After this i want i create an Blog. I click to Install Additional Extensions, i check the blog modules but the result are following :

What i doing to install Blog ?

Other way to install blog ?

yes i try to install other available module, but the result was same :(

Hi Pamediakopes,

the ASP.NET process needs to create an XML file during the install in the target folder. You need to grant it write access to all the folders recursively under the dnn root folder. The install process cannot be done in another way, since many records are automatically added in the settings tables. Manually registering a complex module like the Blog module is possible, but not suggested.
