Hi,

I just want to enable tag for my blog posts. viz right now when blog page loads, only title and summary and copyrights are displayed and and after clicking the link post description could be seen. but i want starting few lines of my post to be displayed wben blog page loads(exactly as it comes in official dnn blog) and then when link is clicked entire post should be displayed.

the current version of the blog module does not support tags

Hi Swaminathan,

the actual module Blog does not support tags, but the team is considering to add the feature to the next version. It is not clear if this will be added as a feature of the DNN framework or if the module will feature its own. In the meantime you can rely on several 3rd party solutions that accomplish this task.

Hi Erik ,

My local website's dnn version is 5.01 but version of blog module i am using is 3.5.1

Above url is a blog website is built using dnn. In this tagging is enabled. viz. Intially starting few lines of the blog is displayed and on clicking read more entire blog is displayed.

Is 3.5.1 is latest blog module version?. In the download section of your website, i found that as latest.

Hi Swaminathan,

I don't see any tagging support on the URL you posted. Could you be more precise? An example of a module that enables tags is the iFinity Tagger Module for DotNetNuke, but there are others available.
