I would like to disable the line " by owner on date"  in the blog view page. The line appears under title.
I could set the visibility false for the lblPublishDate in viewblog.ascx, and I deleted the words by and on under Languages (I couldn't find the labels for them in viewblog.ascx).
All I need is to make the owner (user name or full name) disappear.

Any suggestions?
Thank you

 Hi Manu,

The best way to hide this is to use the CSS class used for the spans added to show the "by owner on date" string.  The class is blog_dateline.  By adding a line such as the following to one of your CSS files, you should be able to hide this section of the content.

.blog_dateline {display:none;}

Hi Don,

I was able to hide it by creating a div around the code that displays "by owner on date", and I used the class blog_dateline in this div.

Thank you for you help,

Manu
