Hi There everybody,

I've seen that the blog module has an upgraded version on the following thread (http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/Blogs/tabid/825/EntryId/2306/Perfect-upgrade-to-5-1-1.aspx), but i'm worried about the module customization and blog entried I have on my website. can anybody advise me whether to proceed on the upgrade or not

The current version of the DNN is 04.07.00 and the current blog version I have is 03.04.00

if I've proceed in the upgrade is there any problems might affect the module customization (look and feel), or the blog entried I do have on my blog??

please somebody help me on this.

thank you in advance
mohamed

Apply the standard proceedure - backup the database AND the site before you change anything, then if it does not work you can recover.

An even better idea is to apply changes to a COPY of the site first so you can test it before you try it live.
