I'm trying to use Live Writer with my hosted installation of DNN, which is being hosted. I go to the Blog Settings and don't see the Metaweblog Options. What do I need to enable/install to get the Metaweblog stuff turned on? DNN is updated and current.

Thanks in advance. FYI, my hosting provider is shrugging their shoulders on this, so I was hoping you guys could help.

I suspect you can just follow instructions at:

you may have already found the solution, but all you need from the blog options is the blog post link.  this is different from the link to the page that the blog is on.

the link is as follows:

http://www.yourdomainname.com/DesktopModules/Blog/blogpost.ashx?tabid=xxx

the only difference is the domain and page number of the blog.  just post that link into WLV when it asks for the POSTING link, not the blog address.  just follow the other instructions in WLV and you should be fine.
