I discovered an issue after upgrading to the newest version of the blog module (4.0.0) and DNN (5.4.2). The issue presents itself folloiwng a blog search. If you have a particularly long blog title, the title will not wrap. After some research I located the culprit in the ViewBlog.ascx in the LstSearchResults area. The format for the title is defined as following:

<td class="SubHead" style="white-space: nowrap;">

Since the skin for this site has a fixed width, it stretches (or breaks) the skin inappropriately. Certainly I can change the white-space tag to "Normal" in the ViewBlog.ascx; however that would defeat my implementation goals of externalizing all styles.

I changed my portal.css entry to read like this:

.SubHead    {
font-family: Tahoma, Tahoma, Helvetica, sans-serif;
font-weight: bold;
font-size:14px ;
color: #660033;
text-align: left;
white-space: normal;
}

The change had no effect. I looked at my skin.css and found that there was an entry for .SubHead, so I made the change there as well:

.SubHead {
color: #660033;
font-size:14px ;
font-weight: bold;
white-space: normal;
}

Still, no success. The only way I can get it to work as desired without the wrapping is to change the ViewBlog.ascx file. There has to be a better way. Perhaps I am missing a simple step. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
