From what I read I'm guessing no.  But I've not seen anythig that explicitly says that.  But I did find that only 1 user can post in a blog, correct?  So no open community blogs.

Your right, you can't have anonymous user blogs.  Really it wouldn't make since.  You can allow your users to creat their own blogs and you can allow anonymous comments to the posts that a user makes though.

You might be wanting something more like the discussions module that allows anon posts.

Well for a normal blog no it doesn't make sense.  But for the idea I have I want to allow anonymous posting and to be able to comment and rate posts.  This blog might not fit that.  I'm not sure anything will, exactly.  I'll probably have to write my own stuff.  What I want to to resembles a blog though, so I'm trying to find something that fits it.
