I'm using the DNN Blog 4.0.0 and would like to hide the heading at the top of the blog view that shows the blog author, created date and blog title.  Cannot seem to find any settings to do this.  Do I need to edit a file?  Any suggestions welcome...

AFAIK there is no option built in and the blog module currently doesn't use templates. you might modify the source code, but you will need to redo it after any module upgrade.

Bob, I solved this easily by editing the file DesktopModules\Blog\ViewBlog.ascx and inserting Visible="false" into certain aspnet tags to make them not visible.

Adding: Visible="false" worked like a charm! Thanks so much for your input!

The only place this seems to NOT be working is under the blog entry title. It reads "By username on". I have removed the date and time with your solution, but I can't remove the username with this same code for some reason. I also removed the date on the actual blog entry in "ViewEntry.ascx", but there is still a small gray dash in place of the date/calendar icon. We'll see what I can find to resolve this!
