Does it work?  Can somebody please provide me with a step by step configuration.

I have two clean installs and both will not allow registered users to create their blogs.  Premissions have been set on each of the blog modules, however once logged in, the Blog tab/page renderes nothing but the base page (no blog modules).

I'm kinda pressed here for a solution. Please help!@!@

Thanks

Chris
