I would like to allow registered users to create blog and edit a blog.

I would like for vistors to be able to see all blogs by all users.

I have tried to create a blog page and it looks like Child Blogs might work but it does not seem to work as I would expect it.

Is this possible?

I figured out what I was doing wrong.

I was trying to administor all users blogs via the admin account. Somehow while logged in as admin it allowed me to create 2 blogs. They were both owned by admin and bad things happened.

What I ended up doing was setting it up as an admin and then each user had to log in and create there own blog.

This is now working for me.
