I have installed the free DNN blog 4.0.0 and I have created a user for Guest Blogger and I cannot get that user to be able to submit a blog when they log in.  I have created a Guest Blog role and assigned that role to the user and the actual blog module but I do not get the Add blog links.

I created the blog under the Admin user.

Any ideas?

Thanks
Ginnie

Have you tried assigning the user EDIT permissions for the blog.
