Hello,

I'm working with DNN 6.2. I've downloaded the new DotNetNuke Blog v.5.0.0 from codeplex. On install I've got the following error: "Critical error: The Stored Procedure 'dbo.Blog_GetTermsByContentType' doesn't exist".

Even worse: I've tried to uninstall and reinstall but I haven't been able to reinstall since some folders and files from the old install still reman in the system

I really need the Blog module. Please help me.

Hi Sanatapepa,

the Blog 05.00.00 RC is still a release candidate and not for production environments.  I know of many issues on the SqlDataProviders, that it didn't run correctly at time.

Please uninstall the module, then going into database and delete all Blog artifacts, on views, tables and procedures!  Then you should able to install the last Release Blog 04.01.01 !

Regards

Matthias

Hi Matthias,

I followed your advice: deleted Blog folder, deleted views, tables and stored procedures related to Blog. Then I could install Blog 04.01.01. Thanks.
