Is there anyway to roll back from version 5 of the blog module to version 4? Even if I lose my entries that is fine, but if I try to uninstall this version and install the older version i get errors on the new install relating to the SQL db and the module does not work and shows errors? I guess V5 makes changes to the DB that the install of V4 can't fix.

Bump

I must say that it is disturbing that this version of the Blog module was even permitted to be released to the public, it is an complete downgrade of the module. And is pretty much unusable on an intranet!!! V5 should be removed from Codeplex completely and a sticky on how to uninstall in such a way that you can install Blog V4 should be added here.

Since the blog module is an open source project - no one but its owner has any 'control' over it.  And as such it is released to the world 'as is'.

There are some much better blog options in the dnn store - and well worth spending a couple of dollars on to get best outcomes.
