Yes - you have to enable it through the Admin menu first, then the pencil icon on the Blog page will give you the MetaWeblog API address to use with Live Writer.

Hey Bruce,

I'm trying to wire up MarsEdit on the Mac. It's looking for a Blog ID. Where would I find that?

I figured it out Bruce. The Blog ID is the Tab id.
