When I try to access the blog module settings I get the following error 

Error: is currently unavailable. DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Unable to cast object of type 'System.Collections.Generic.Dictionary`2[System.Int32,System.Collections.Hashtable]' to type 'DotNetNuke.Modules.Blog.Common.ModuleSettings'. ---> System.InvalidCastException: Unable to cast object of type 'System.Collections.Generic.Dictionary`2[System.Int32,System.Collections.Hashtable]' to type 'DotNetNuke.Modules.Blog.Common.ModuleSettings'. at DotNetNuke.Modules.Blog.Controls.ViewSettings.get_Settings() at DotNetNuke.Modules.Blog.Controls.ViewSettings.LoadSettings() at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.Modules.ModuleSettingsPage. (EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

Sorry, my english is not good

I use DNN_Platform_07.03.01_Install, Blog_06.00.07_Install

When i go to blog module settings i get error:

I still have the same issue with DNN 7.3.2 and Blog 6.0.9
