Hi Peter, blog team, blog users,

I just released a public available Open Url Provider for the Blog Module.

It's based on the provider made by Peter some times ago

with a bug fix for multi-language web sites with content localization enabled.

It generates now also the urls for blogs, posts, terms, autors in the sitemap.

Regards,

Sacha

Thanks Sacha. I'm still uncertain on how to best integrate and dsitribute this without causing any breakages for those that don't have OpenUrlRewriter. Let me examine that closer.

I don't see actually no other solution then distribute it separatly.

The separate distribution of the provider can have a depentency on open url rewriter and the blog module.

But sure if a new version of the blog module generate a breaking change, i don't see how to proceed (otherwise then uninstall the provider before upgrade the blog module and reinstall a newer version of the provider after blog module install).

We missing some automatic install of dependend packages or someting like that.

An other solution is to include a high lever api in the blog module without dependency on open url rewriter, which the provider calls by reflection on the module controller for exemple.
