When I user HTML container and I have text into this box all is all right but If I disable the container display all the text is centered. I try to edit the content and force left align but does not work.

What may I do?

Could you post an online example so we can have a look at it?
Otherwise it's kind of impossible to answere you question, since it's probably an inhertiance problem...

Apparently, the containers that you've hidden play an important part in the site's formatting.

Instead of setting the containers to not show, use a "hidden" container like the one below.

When you center the text in the editor you center the text inside the container. The container is still left aligned in the the pane it is placed.

On the container  use the drop down menu and select Settings - click the + Pagesetting and in Alignment choose center.
