Hi. I'm fairly new to DNN. I've set up a site on my PC and written a module for a specialised need that I had. So far so good.

I want to be able to sell a service on my site. Basically there will only be one thing for sale, and the sale will be satisfied by notifying the user (through email and through a DNN module) of a licence key code that unlocks a software feature on their own PC. In future there might be more things for sale, but the list will always be short.

Is Store the right way to go for this, or is it overkill? Will it even be appropriate at all for a UK merchant ?(eg is Authorize.Net ok in the UK?). Does the store module know about VAT?

Or is there some other route that would be better? I'm comfortable writing a simple module for example, but I guess that the interface to the credit-card-processor is probably non-trivial. Any suggestions gratefully received.

Sorry if these questions are very basic and the answer is easily available elsewhere...

Tom
