Well, I thought about it and I received a nice welcome and good information on DNN. I decided that it's in my best interest to take the DNN Plunge. Joomla's cool, but the taste of asp.net is too tempting. The only concern I have is this. DNN is now asp.net 2.0. What if a module is only 1.1 or something? Will it still work or will my options be limited to only those modules that work at 2.0?

I could not find any direct module are a dating site. but, I'm thinking about finding an asp programmer to either make me one or to take one and integrate it into DNN. What do you guys think?

James

I think you will find most 1.1 modules will still work with DNN 4.X. But this does depend solely on that module. I am in charge of the Links module and it is still in asp.net 1.1. As you might be aware, it is one of the most installed modules, along with Text/HTML, and works in both the 3.x and 4.x series of DNN.
