I need to get a list of page names.  I found the following routine

GetPortalTabs(intPortalId, True, True, False, False, False)

which returns a list of pages, but with ... in front of sub-pages.  However, the ... is not really part of the page name, so validation logic checking for the existance of that page fails.  I don't want to arbitrarily strip off the ... prefix, a user might have named a page starting with it!

Is there another routine that I should use?  Or some combination of parameters I should use?

GetTabs returns a list of all the pages for a given portal. You have to pass in the PortalID but if you loop thru the result going after the TabName that should get you what you're looking for.
