The treecontrol does not support wraping in the manner you want.  Typically if it needs more space people will code it inside a scrolling div.  To see a sample of what I mean look here.  Notice how the scrollbars appear when expanded.

I have gotten a little closer by adding "display: inline-block;" to the NodeChildCssClass but it is still looks a little less than desirable.

Can anyone recommend a navigation, or menu, module, or skin control, from snowcovered, or somewhere else, that will allow my wrapping child nodes to line up with themselves?

I consulted with a friend who knows nothing about DNN.  He was like, "Why don't you just specify a width".  So I specified a width for the child nodes, and they line up with themselves when wrapping.  Only problem now is the bullet piccy i'm using lines up with the bottom line of the wrapping child node rather than the top.
