Hi, I'm not sure how to access the 'scheduler and host settings for purging records'

when i go to site log i get this message 'Your Hosting Provider Has Disabled the Site Log History Feature For Your Portal' I did at one point uncheck ' Enable Event Log Buffer?' in host settings in would this be why.

i get this message when i go to the log viewer:

Error: Log Viewer is currently unavailable.
