I have a website running dnn322 with more than 400 registered users. I have tried to upgrade to dnn411, but it failed, so I have followed the docs recommondations to install a new instance and move the content. But, is there a script somewhere i can use to copy all the registered users (except host and admin) from my dnn322 site to the dnn411 site?

At this time I do not know of any current scripts that exist to copy from one to another....but I am working on something myself.  If I get something worked out it will be listed on my blog site.

NOTE: if you are to do something like this you would be required to have the same validation and decryption keys for both instances.

Just talking off the top of my head, but could you try just copying the membership and user tables from the old db to the new? I don't know if that would work, but it seems plausible. You may have to upgrade to 3.3.1 first (if you can)...

Ok, thanks.
I will try too. I will post it here if I manage to create a quick-and-dirty script...

I actually finished a tutorial showing how to migrate users from 3.3.5 -> 4.4.1.  It should work for 3.2.2 as well, but you would want to double check to ensure all fields exist in your source DB.

You can find my tutorial on my website on the "Blog" page, it is also linked under the "Announce It" forum here on DNN!
